Prices have always been predictable and I've never had anything damaged or lost. On the occasions where a stain can't be removed or there is an issue they've been able to clearly communicate that. “I can't say enough about what a great job Mr. Pelayo did on my carpets. He was here a few hours. He cleaned every corner and even moved stuff around the corners to make sure all was clean. In all my years I have never had someone clean my carpets like he did. I am elated that I found this person to clean my carpets and will get them cleaned every 6 months. I had another carpet cleaner before who was also good, but I lost his number. I thought the other one did a good job, but this guy superseded my expectations.
