“Arrived around 11 am the gate was locked so we had to find free street parking. There is a little walk-through entrance and you have a 5 minute walk to the tiki hut on the sand to purchase your kayak or paddle boards. There was another group before us who rented paddle boards, so we weren’t the only people out on the water. For $20 an hour you can easily make it paddling around the lower bay and back. With it being my first time kayaking the ride up was super easy but coming back with two different currents crashing together made me have to work a little harder but overall loved the experience!”

“We rented for Stagecoach 2016 and had a great experience with 1st Choice. The RV itself was extremely clean and had all of the extra amenities we had ordered. Our contact, Joey, was extremely responsive and professional. From booking all the way through drop-off our experience was seamless. The customer service was top notch. At 9am on Saturday of the festival, Joey promptly responded to a text I sent with a question about operating the RV. Considering it was his birthday weekend and that he was also attending Stagecoach, I was extremely surprised to hear back so quickly. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future!”

“Nice beach hangout. Family friendly. Great for water sports especially beginner paddle boarding. Bike or walk/jog path access to this place, with all the rentals you need. Water inflatables great for jumping and swimming. Life jacket rentals available. Decent food options. Can’t remember the daily rate for access.”

“I love me some kabobs, and it doesn't get much better than it does here at Shekarchi! Finally decided to take the leap to come here after it was highly recommended to me by a friend. Bottom line, food here is EXCELLENT. I've come twice in the span of two weeks and both times I ordered the soltani kebab (one kebab of beef koobideh, one kebab of filet mignon). I've been to a few of these places that serve kabobs, and honestly the only place that is on the same level is Raffi's Place.”
