She left a note with Bernetta to allowed me to check in early so I could decorate the room so I could surprise my husband. I had Four (4) members of the staff contact me to not only to keep me informed but to ensure me that my loved one was safe and doing well. I receive weekly calls from the case manger providing updates along with suggestions and ideas to help me be as supportive as possible with the recovery of my loved one. They also provided some great advice to seek out support groups such as Al-Anon. I cannot express how happy and relieved knowing my loved one is in such great care.
