I receive weekly calls from the case manger providing updates along with suggestions and ideas to help me be as supportive as possible with the recovery of my loved one. They also provided some great advice to seek out support groups such as Al-Anon. I cannot express how happy and relieved knowing my loved one is in such great care. The eel avocado roll is the bomb. The churro with ice cream is freaking awesome. I recommend you sit outside so you can see the beautiful sky they have a heat lamp. Very comfortable seating.”

Their location is a destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean with nice high end restaurants, inside an upscale shopping center. “We were served by a very polite and professional lady. She was helpful with the menu. We first had the hot and sour soup for our appetizer. Then I had the Sweet and Sour Pork and my husband ordered the orange chicken from the lunch special section of the menu. We drank water to go with the food. Enjoyed our time in Balboa Island with the lunch at the Shanghai Pine Gardens Restaurant. Would recommend!”

“Well, it's the year of covid, so they were serving outside. In fact, it was actually nice to eat outside. The wait staff did an awesome job. Our waiter did a great job describing various menu items and checked in often. Everyone who helped us was professional and positive. The only reason for 4 stars, and not 5: A. No bone marrow! I loved it last time we ate at Mozza, so was looking forward to it. B. Couldn't sit at the kitchen counter and watch pizzas being made. To be fair, I realize these shortcomings are pretty much beyond the control of Mozza. In fact, I blame them on a certain CA leader responsible for executing his own personal autocracy in 2019. Will be back. Maybe Mozza can always offer outdoor seating after things get back to normal.”
