I have been training for some upcoming long distance runs and needed a strength training coach to add to my program. Two of my friends suggested Mike at Hulk Fit Co.

Training with Mike at Hulk Fit Co has change my life. The first time meeting Mike I came in for a evaluation. I had zero balance, completely out of shape, and had a hip injury from a surgery. After two months of working out with Mike coordinated, healthy inside and out, and my hip no longer hurts. To top it off I’ve lost 14 pounds and gained almost 3 pounds of muscle.
