“Called them about 30 minutes ago and asked if there were able to get a tie cleaned for me by Sunday morning as it was for a small wedding service for my fiancé and I. They said unfortunately due to the COVID-19 crisis, most cleaners were not running their washer on the weekends (this was the third place I called that said that) including them. Perfectly understandable, but I asked if there was a way I could clean it myself. The lady I spoke with asked the material and color and then told me how to clean it at home to get the best results. I just finished it and it looks beautiful! Though I haven’t actually used their services yet, their customer service is impeccable and when I do need my clothes dry-cleaned, I WILL be bringing them here.
