Dr. Ting took as much time as needed to explain the issues with my son's teeth and exactly what procedure he would use and why. “I know a lot of people are denta-phobes like me. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist for any reason. I had to get a crown for the first time which, needless to say, was a little nerve wracking to say the least. Dr. Jordan was very good about communicating with me and making me feel as comfortable as possible. At one point, I needed more numbing, and he was more then happy to make sure I was comfortable. (Unfortunately, this has not always been my experience with dentists- sorry that my low pain threshold is an inconvenience for you????). Dr. Jordan worked efficiently, competently, and as gently as possible. I have always been sensitive/sore after even just a filling, but not the case from this trip. I’m very happy that we found this practice - I will prob always have some anxiety about the dentist, but now I will be able to move forward with a little less trepidation. Thanks Dr. Jordan!! PS. My wife and I have had good experiences with our cleanings as well;)”
