“I got to know this place through Groupon. It was the best deal ever. This was my first time at any boot camp and I must tell you I had fun working out here. You get energy while you see others give in their full 100% to complete the given task. A big shout-out to Daniel who is an instructor or a trainer at OC Fitness. He makes sure you are doing it right and helps you until you get it right. Even other trainers are also helpful and good at what they do. I do recommend giving it a try and I am sure you will not regret it. The place is well maintained and clean .”

“This is an exclusive club. Rick is very personable and nearly full all the time. I spent months on the waiting list to get in and I was not disappointed. He has mastered his skill set and is a professional with a very easy going attitude and great demeanor. He is local and has no problem talking with his customers and making them feel welcome. He is also meticulous and spent a lot more time shaping and cutting my hair than I anticipated and way more than I paid for. As a matter of fact he is ridiculously low on his charges and I have paid way more for much less. I purchased the complete package including the beard trim and hot razor shave and I paid less with tip than I have for a haircut elsewhere. Add to that he gave me undivided attention for over 30 minute and he is the best value in a professional haircut in a very comfortable environment you can find anywhere. So if you do get an opportunity to join the club, be on time and bring cash, it is worth the effort and definitely worth the price.”

My knee and hip therapy was very successful. I am working on my shoulder strengthening which is improving in a short time with Alyssa. The physical therapy is customized for each patient. I am extremely happy with Alyssa and with ProSport. The Therapists and staff are always very caring and strive to get you to your goal. I recommend ProSport to anyone needing physical therapy.”

“Initially I did not believe this gym could have so many wonderful benefits. I use to think " a gym is a gym", well let me tell you. Just on the recovery time, I recommend this gym to anybody. There is something magical about getting up the next day after a work out and feeling like you're on top of the world. The recovery time is amazing, that is the number one reason why I'm addicted to this gym. I like the idea of working out in less time too. Busy schedules keep my workout time to a minimum. With Hotworx those 15 minutes feel like 5 minutes in the sauna. I love it !”
