“This is an exclusive club. Rick is very personable and nearly full all the time. I spent months on the waiting list to get in and I was not disappointed. He has mastered his skill set and is a professional with a very easy going attitude and great demeanor. He is local and has no problem talking with his customers and making them feel welcome. He is also meticulous and spent a lot more time shaping and cutting my hair than I anticipated and way more than I paid for. As a matter of fact he is ridiculously low on his charges and I have paid way more for much less. I purchased the complete package including the beard trim and hot razor shave and I paid less with tip than I have for a haircut elsewhere. Add to that he gave me undivided attention for over 30 minute and he is the best value in a professional haircut in a very comfortable environment you can find anywhere. So if you do get an opportunity to join the club, be on time and bring cash, it is worth the effort and definitely worth the price.”

My knee and hip therapy was very successful. I am working on my shoulder strengthening which is improving in a short time with Alyssa. The physical therapy is customized for each patient. “I booked an Online Appointment for the Next Day. Was Called to Confirm my Appointment for that Day. Was Informed that they didn't have an Waiting times, and as Was asked if I could Either Drop off &/or Schedule for another Day. He Explained they were Understaffed & is Looking for at Least a Week in Advance for any Waiting Appointments. I made arrangements to drop off & kept Appointment. This could have gone either Good or Bad, though was more Appreciative that they had reached out First to me. Other Places don't even give that Courtesy. When I arrived the process was Quick to check in & got a Text with Inspection Report with in couple of hours and was Called & texted that my car was Done, with in a 1/2 Days Time. If I wanted it Faster I could have gone across the way @ Jiffy Lube and been In/Out within 30 Minutes. Though I feel more Comfortable with PepBoys. The Customer Service was more Personal, Professional & Caring, I feel a lot has Changed over the past few Years & hasn't been the same. Staffing for every Business has been Affected & it affects the Customer Experience at the end.”

There is something magical about getting up the next day after a work out and feeling like you're on top of the world. The recovery time is amazing, that is the number one reason why I'm addicted to this gym. I like the idea of working out in less time too. Busy schedules keep my workout time to a minimum. With Hotworx those 15 minutes feel like 5 minutes in the sauna. I love it !”
