“Stopped in while on the way to L.A. for a quick pitstop. Im glad we did because this place has the best donuts I've ever tasted outside of Texas. If you're from Texas, you understand the struggle if finding a good donut outside of home. When our family travels we always taste the donuts everywhere we go. These donuts were DELICIOUSLY PERFECT! Every one we tried was so tasty, soft, and flavorful! And they had bananas, which is one of my babies fav snacks! The girls working were so dang sweet, and they recommended we visit the pier with the kids! We will return.”

My daughter had the pataya bowl and it was too sweet for me but that is just how pataya is. The wave art on the wall was fascinating and their stickers are cool. I like that they offer water in reusable flasks.”

“This is a nice local bar and restaurant. Pretty small, but clean. Not fancy, and located in the small San Clemente DMV strip center. The menu is somewhat limited, but I have had the cheeseburger and slaw twice, and it is excellent. The slaw is very fresh, and not overly dressed with mayo. My wife has had two different hotdogs, and they were also good. Ditto for the tacos. The chicken and cheese quesadilla yesterday was also tasty. The drinks are reasonably priced, and they have a nice selection of draft beers. They also have a brown bag mystery beverage that I have seen others purchase, which is fun. The owners are always on sight working hard to give their customers good service, and their bartender is a real nice guy. We like to give our business to smaller companies striving to do well by their customers, and these owners fit that category nicely. I recommend Shorecliffs Bar and Grill highly.”

“Since being introduced to this place several years ago I've enjoyed every meal they have made for me. I have had Japanese cuisine in many different styles in my travels. That being said, when I'm on the go and feel the need for good Japanese food, this is where I go. Food is always cooked excellently, flavorful and to order The cost is fair for what you get in quantity. They have never disappointed. The service is good and the place is clean. Most of the time I get my meal to go and it travels well. I highly recommend this place. So good!!”

“It is an excellent donut and coffee shop. They open at 4AM but close early, around 2PM. We like to stop here before head out to the San Clemente Outlet. It is a small place but they baked fresh donut through out the day, coffee selection is amazing too. They serve Diedrich coffee, a local coffee roaster (Irvine based). A hot dark coffee and fresh donut are hard to beat on a raining day.”
