I was shocked, confused and very scared, Dr. Guide dedicated her time, her staff and even her weekends to find the best care for me, she even called to be sure my insurance cover the doctors, she made the appointments for me and spend hours on the phone with me to make me feel better and answer all my questions. “I closed the iron gate to our apartment, and it pulled my big toenail off, but not quite all the way. It was very painful, and I was about to pass out. My husband took me to SCMC. At first I was put off by the paperwork and having to pay up front, but once Dr. Kadiaka worked on me, I was aware of the excellent medical care there. She and her staff were caring and did a great job of keeping my pain level low. She gave me a few shots to numb the toe and was able to remove the nail. She bandaged it up. I was very impressed by the medical attention I received. I would have to say that I got excellent care.”

The minute you walk in the office staff is treating you with a smile and are so kind and helpful. I had been diagnosed back in 2004 with diastasis recti after having my babies and I just couldn't get my tummy back no matter what I did or ate. My outside did not match my inside. I booked a consultation for a mommy makeover and against my own advice of getting 3 different opinions, I was soooo impressed and had such a great first impression, I booked my surgery that day on the spot. No other consultations needed. When I look in the mirror now I feel like my old self is back and it's only been a month. Dr. Ali Roham by far exceeded my expectations in absolutely every way! “I was referred to see Dr. Gurjal for a colonoscopy and my experience has been fine so far. I was in and out of the office and that's what I was expecting for a minimally invasive procedure. My prep kit was going to cost me $150 bucks and when i called, Tiffany said, "to not worry and come in anytime and get a kit for Free." I have only been approached by Dr. Gurjal and her staff in a pleasant and most professional manner. I will be looking forward in writing another review after my procedure.”

“Rooms are very clean and updated. My only problem is the beds are too tall. I'm 5'6 with osteoarthritis in both knees. It hurts me to climb into these beds, as comfy as they are. I've literally got to lay half my body on the bed and roll into it, which isn't that easy and definitely not graceful. If they offered foot stools at the front desk, I would pay to rent one for the entire stay. Other than the height of the bed, or my unfortunate lack of height required to get into the bed, my stay was delightful. Staff was incredibly friendly, hotel is quiet for a Friday night, and the location isn't too bad at all. I would for sure recommend to all my tall friends.”
