“This place is by far the best storage facility option in San Juan Capistrano. Over the years I have had a unit at one time or another at all of the other facilities in town. A-1 is the newest facility in town. Therefore they have all of the latest conveniences. Very clean and secure. Well lit and at even smells good. Great hours and access to your unit. Staff is all 5 stars. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone or dealt with in person has been friendly and helpful. Teresa, the manager, another young lady and most recently Thomas working the front desk were all courteous and knowledgeable.”
