Randy's estimates were tailored and sounded reasonable based on my previous experience of how much stuff I have to move, and his recommendation of adding more people on the team to compensate for the long walk to the elevator in my apartment complex seemed really smart. The team of four, led by Eric T, worked efficiently and made sure to ask me what I wanted with various items. They not only got done on time, they actually beat the time estimate! And they got some big furniture around some tight corners to place where I wanted. Great experience.”
