Great customer service . Mr. Mike helped my elderly mother and I purchase a Dragon Mobile scooter that was right for her. He was kind and patient and offered a great price. We drove around 45 miles to get to this place and it was worth it. I would highly recommend the place. He was honest, and it was clear he knew about his products.

So far I’m impressed with this company. Particularly Joseph and his exceptional customer service. I called knowing exactly what I was looking for. The problem is no other retailers had the combination of things I wanted (color, seat size and accessories). Joseph not only took the time to go over my options and put it together, he even saved me money in the end! If the complete transaction goes this well from order to getting to me, I’ll be a repeat customer!

Great customer service, great support at a wonderfully affordable price! I really like the dragon mobile ex scooter, especially the wide comfortable seat and the stability of the 4 wheels is far better than any 3 wheeled scooter.

I have the Mammoth EX folding power chair. I have had no issues with my chair, but a few questions initially. Customer service at Bangeran Mobility has been excellent. The chair itself has been perfect. The chair has more power than expected, easily moving through grass and up an incline. Chair folds up nicely taking up less space than my mobility scooter. I highly recommend.

I bought S5 with a bigger seat March 2 2021. The Website or manual did not give me the way how to remove seat. Jesse gave me how to do it by sending me a video. The default of range was up to 25 miles is not correct.
The correct range one is 10-15 miles( 25 miles with optional battery).
The ground clearance is over 3 in. which is great. The optional rear basket is great. The price is great. I feel the S5 is the most valuable buy!
