“What a wonderful surprise to find this gem of a place. I was tasked to bring some meats to bbq and found La Pradera Carniceria. LPC not only offers the varieties of marinated meats but at the excellent price. I got their marinated flap meat and chicken, 3 lbs each. I also picked up red and green salsa along with guacamole. I also happy to pick up this brand of street taco style tortillas that I didn't see in usual supermarkets. Both meats were easy to cook and came out perfectly off the grill. I simply diced up the meat nicely and spread them with condiments for the DIY street taco.”
