When she started wheezing, I emailed the doctor immediately hopeful for an appointment with him so that I would n’t have to take her through urgent care. I was given an appointment immediately the next day and my daughter got her medicine. Dr. Perez and Erika, his nurse, also spent much time ensuring tbe medicine prescribed would be the one covered by our plan and the most affordable. The whole office staff is always very professional and accommodating. I have a choice of switching to another plan for less out-of-pocket fees, but I won’t due to the quality of service we receive with this particular office of Memorial Care.”
