“I really liked the food, I had a carne asada torta and it was very tasty, my husband had the menudo and he said it's the best he's had!!. My only complaint is that their music is so loud you can't hear yourself talk. They have karaoke and that gets very loud. This was my first time there and I will definitely return but it will be to go. If you like a very lively atmosphere then it's for you but if you like a softer ambiance make it to go. Again the food was great though 😋”

Although the online rental is quick and easy to use, I recommend calling instead of renting online. In talking to a representative I was able to save an extra $80 in addition to the money I was already saving by using Budget Rental over other companies. At such a great price I half expected to get what I paid for but boy was I wrong! The Car that they gave me was a Ford Fusion in nearly perfect condition with some awesome features. Excellent Customer Service is clearly valued at Budget Rental and that is why I will be sticking with them in my future travels!”

“Very nice complex to live in , i love the design and enjoy it ! Seems like you live in a tropical forest, from the moment you walk out of your door till you get to the gate you are walking on an alley between trees and green bushes also on and on both side of the walking pathways within the apartment there's water streams and multiple small lakes. Everytime I needed help the leasing office helped and assisted me, very friendly and professional. There are 2 club houses with 2 big pools, and 3 other small pools. I would say there's a pool for every personality. The Hot tubs are always clean and working One Star is missing for the following reasons : Half Star for : Security and safety , in my personal experience I have a bicycle that was $600 and got stolen from the back porch of my apartment ( I'm on the first level ). But the porch is behind the apartment. Although the location is on MacArthur and bear, a lot of tweakers stumble around that area and I suspect that's how my bicycle got stolen. Quarter star for: laundry room : the washing machines are not very efficient, I never felt like my clothes really get washed and become 100% clean , so I have to take them somewhere else to wash sometimes Quarter star for : Parking. It gets hard to find Parking at night in the visitor parking because a lot of the residents decide to park there for some reason.”

“This school is fairly new and have a clean campus. This is a "fundamental school" yet public, meaning, you have to apply far in advance to be accepted. The learning pace is high. My 6 year old first grader is predicted to read on a third grade level at the end of the school year. He have to read three books a week and get tested on them. Now in May he is reading books that are 125 pages long. I believe it take more parent involvement to succeed here since there is a lot of homework. I don't know how good they are with kids that need more assistance, but I hope they are good for them too.”
