“Last August 3, 2018 I experienced being in an auto accident on my way to work one morning, which basically damaged the whole side of my truck from the mirror back on my passenger side. After exchanging information with the other driver. I called Mike Fraijo at Farmers Insurance upon arriving at work that day & he made me feel very comfortable, and cared about my welfare, as I was a bit upset and my nerves were still kind of jumpy. Mike put me at ease and he went right to work handling my claim. I was set up with a collision repair shop, within hours, which accepted my truck for repairs within the following week (Aug. 9). During the time my truck was in the shop, investigations/statements were taking place between Farmers, myself & the other drivers insurance company. It was determined that I was at no fault. The collision center (Caliber Collision) was great. Much to my surprise they had my truck ready for me to pick up on Aug. 24. When I checked it over it looked like new, I was very impressed with them. I am very happy and grateful that I met Mike & accepted Farmers Insurance as my insurance company for home & auto. When I signed up with Farmers, Mike was telling me all of the benefits and about how quick claims were handled etc. with Farmers. Mike is very knowledgeable about insurance and was very true to his word. Everything was handled & my truck was repaired and back to me in a little over 3 weeks time. Thank You Mike & your staff”

“I went there to get gas and the lady said my card was declined, I tried 3 times and all 3 were declined but immediately after pulling put of there I get an online alert that my card was charged for the amount that I was declined in the store. The cashier was as nice as she could be but there was a language barrier, my Spanish is very very limited and her English was just as limited as my Spanish.....I tried calling several times but i got no answer. Really hope the store can resolve this. They credited the money back very fast!! Thank u so much. .....changed my 1 star to 5!!! Thank u again”

“My boy cat is there today getting fixed and I was about to cancel due to the fact that I had 3 conversations with 3 different gals there because I needed to have an idea on pricing and each one said they would get an email out to me with an estimate. Finally got one after my 3rd request. That made me leery right off the bat so of course I wanted to confirm the process and I got conflicting answers with whether my boy kitty had to stay over night or not. So I will pick him up in a bit and see how it all went. I'm taking 2 of my other kitties in tomorrow, 1 for chin acne and 1 for vaccinations. Update since everything is done..... Pricing seems fair. I had to tell them to many times to count what was being done to each cat. They kept calling my cats dogs so I was getting worried there were mix ups, not sure what that is about. With covid they make you stay in the car and the gal that checked us in was not very knowledgeable at all but at least was able to ask the correct person to get my questions answered. Dr. called me personally to go over an exam for one kitty and spent plenty of time with me and answered all my questions, she was very sweet. I would say overall it is a good place, staff seems overwhelmed and scatter brained. Just be aware you may have to repeat yourself many times and that can get frustrating. Considering they have Saturday appointments and most other vets are walk in only this is helpful.”

“My son and I went today after shopping on a rainy day our first time here. We drove from the other side of town to have their sandwiches as son said they were good! There were three staff members none of them smiled or were friendly ? under the weather?? Didn't ask us what bread we wanted until we asked if we had a choice just before paying just over 25 bucks for 3 subs not heated or grilled. Fast service sadly can't give five stars for the gloomy faces ? we will go to another branch next time”

“They remodeled the Libray very nicely. The open space is excellent for comfort, the wooden floors and furniture is favorable. And the staff members are very kind and helpful to guests. The library is very well lit and the huge windows gives the library an exquisite look to it. Thier is still so much to say but I will conclude this statement right here. Till then I will really recommend this library to people whom need the extra room.”
