Peter the OT challenge Mr . L D a lot and now he is back to normal person and can drive . Peter really did an excellent job !!! The OT supervisor Robbie is very professional , sweet and straight forward guy . We like him a lot .
Yalda the PT is very good . Knowledgeable and knows what she is doing . Anna the case manager understands our concern with regards to the patient needs and supply . She see to it that all of our concerns are will attended : She’s easy to reach and calls back right away. Best case manager !!!!
Love the alive voice of Brandon or Brayden who answers the phone in the office ! We just love the way he answers the phone !

Green Meadows is an amazing Home health/hospice company. The nurses go above and beolyond any other Home heath or hospice company that we've used in the past. The owner also helps out with the out of the box Healthcare for your families. You won't be disappointed. Green Meadows Home health/hospice is the BEST IN HOME HEATH AND HOSPICE COMAPNIES OUT THERE. AND THEY TRUELY CARE.

This page is for the hospice side. Not the home health that is getting the negative reviews. It is a totally different division.

We used this hospice for our mom and they were great. Our nurse Margie was very compassionate, explained the process as it was happening and with us the entire way. I feel grateful for the support we received and it made the transition so much easier.

My dad needed a home health nurse for hydration. Our nurse Auggie did a great job and was very accommodating always. She was very caring to both of my parents when she came to provide the hydration for my dad. We would request her again if ever utilizing services with Green Meadows.

I'd like to extend my thanks and gratitude to the staff at Green Meadows. My mother was on hospice care for only a week before she passed but the staff here did an incredible job. From the introduction of Margie (the nurse in charge of my mothers health care) they were nothing but professional and attentive to my mothers needs. It was a trying week as you can imagine but everyone from Liza, Michelle and Linda provided first rate service and made my mom's last week as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend their services.
