I'd like to extend my thanks and gratitude to the staff at Green Meadows. My mother was on hospice care for only a week before she passed but the staff here did an incredible job. From the introduction of Margie (the nurse in charge of my mothers health care) they were nothing but professional and attentive to my mothers needs. It was a trying week as you can imagine but everyone from Liza, Michelle and Linda provided first rate service and made my mom's last week as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend their services.
The team of Berlin/Josh, Carla/Robbie and Clint/Sam managing my mother's nursing, OT & PT were the best! Attentive, caring, gentle, knowledgeable & altogether wonderful! I highly recommend & praise them for their work ethic, diligence & communication!!
I was in New York recovering from surgery, when My brother in California needed immediate wound care. Jeremy, the wound care nurse sent by Green Meadow, quickly addressed the life threatening cellulitis, and got the infection under control. Every time Jeremy went to see my brother, he posted pictures and otherwise kept me informed as to my brother’s progress. In addition, Jeremy carefully spoke to the care givers about their unsanitary practices in caring for my brother and others at the facility. They apparently have no clue as to appropriate cleanliness practices.
Many thanks to Jeremy, who probably saved my brother’s life; as well as the health of other patients in the care of these incompetents.
Needless to say, as soon as I am once again mobile. I will be removing my brother from their care.

OT- Robbie and Peter are doing excellent job with my husband's occupational therapy as well as Ronaldo and Sam on his physical therapy. The only drawback is up to now, no speech therapist yet. It has been over 3 weeks and can't find one yet.
