  It was really nice and the workers were very sweet. They also have and indoor pool and have free breakfast hours. And lastly they are about 30 min away from Niagara falls. ☺

  Rooms were clean, staff was nice, especially Troy. They have a small indoor pool in a heated room. It is perfect for small kids. Breakfast was hot and delicious but there wasn't much variety as other Holiday Inn Express. The hallways were freezing cold, so be prepared getting out the pool. Troy was extremely helpful and sweet. Good job Lock port Holiday Inn Express! SN: Black friendly.

  Nice, new hotel. Quiet at night. Great staff. Mia, Michelle, and Troy made our stay comfortable. They were short staffed, like every place else, but did an amazing job serving the guests.

  The hotel is very clean and even still has that "brand new" smell. Check-in is quick and easy. They have a coffee bar in the lobby and serve breakfast in the morning. The indoor pool area is nice and spacious. If I could I'd take down half a star just because of the way we were told to leave the pool. "Other people want to come in so y'all gotta leave". My group hadn't been in there for a full hour (not that we were even told there was a time limit). And regardless, I can think of many better ways of saying that.

  The nicest budget friendly hotel I have stayed at! Everything was brand new. We stayed in a double room and there was more than enough space for a pack n play. Bathroom had plenty of room to bring the pack n play in there while getting ready. Definitely a great choice if you need to stay in the area!
