My daughter's wire (age 9 at the time) had come out and the frantic mom that I was went online to see if I could find someone to help her at 4:50pm on a weekday. I called Legacy Orthodontics and even though the office was closing in 10 minutes and would take me a bit to get there in rush hour traffic, Dr. Pham said to come in without any hesitation and that he would wait for my daughter and I to arrive.
