“I've been going to Galaxy Automotive for over a decade now. They are the best, most honest mechanics you will find. Adrian, Cesar, and the entire team have never tried to upsell anything or do anything that was not necessary to keep my car running. As a great example, I went to get an oil change and tire rotation and they ended up only doing the oil change because Adrian informed me that my tires are worn evenly and didn't have much life left. Enough to drive another 5-10k miles, but not enough to warrant charging me for a tire rotation. What mechanic do you know who would be that honest and not just charge you for a service you requested, but don't need? These guys are great!”

“Vinnie and his team are awesome. I will start off by saying I have never received such excellent customer service. I came to Vinnie with a pretty difficult job on my 4Runner... there was a massive dent in the rear hatch, and I went to many other places that gave me estimated over $3,000. When I came to Vinnie, I could tell of the bat, that he genuinely felt my pain in seeing my truck in the condition it was. They came to my home to fix, and initially they deemed it a job that was out of the scope of their shop. This came at no cost to me, and he was genuinely sorry that he couldn’t help me at that time. about a month later, Vinnie texted me, asking how i was doing, and said that he had a new guy working for him that could maybe fix it (at this point I had given up, because I am a student, and wasn’t trying to spend over 3k to fix it), so I felt very valued and remembered as a customer. They then came, got me car, and got the job done as promised, and went out of his way to refer me to a paint specialist he trusted to finish the job, and make it look back to 100%. Highly recommend these guys at Auto Art PDR.... they will get the job done, and make you feel valued in the process.”

I came in last minute couple hours closing and it was no problem to take me in. They will let you sit in your car if you want to while they do the oil change. “I have been a customer with Allen Tire for 15-20 years. They have always been a good provider of auto repair, maintenance and care services. I really appreciate that they stand by their work. On April 6th of 2021, I had my car towed to the Midlothian location the night before, due to a misfire problem which occurred while traveling with my family back to Virginia from South Carolina. They promptly diagnosed the cause of the misfire and fixed it the same day. About a year earlier, I had a tune-up performed by their Forest Hill store. The Midlothian store pulled the records for that tune-up and honored the repair under the warranty. These days, car repair and maintenance can be quite expensive. It is good to know that there are Auto repair and maintenance providers that stand behind their work. All these years, it has been a wonderful comfort to know I can trust Allen Tire with all my cars' maintenance and repair work.”

We are given upfront options and choices and have never been overcharged.
