Wonderful support from both Natalie and Jose. The store is very clean and orderly on the inside and I was thoroughly impressed by Natalie who helped figure out how to port my phone when their online system was acting glitchy. Natalie and Jose are super personable and polite. I highly recommend this store if you have Metro PCS service.

The only store that has professional staff who are willing to help without trying to sell you things you don't need , I really never leave reviews but with the help of these guys I felt I owe it to them . I wouldn't go anywhere else 😉

I have been a customer with Allen Tire for 15-20 years. They have always been a good provider of auto repair, maintenance and care services. I really appreciate that they stand by their work. On April 6th of 2021, I had my car towed to the Midlothian location the night before, due to a misfire problem which occurred while traveling with my family back to Virginia from South Carolina. They promptly diagnosed the cause of the misfire and fixed it the same day. About a year earlier, I had a tune-up performed by their Forest Hill store. The Midlothian store pulled the records for that tune-up and honored the repair under the warranty. These days, car repair and maintenance can be quite expensive. It is good to know that there are Auto repair and maintenance providers that stand behind their work. All these years, it has been a wonderful comfort to know I can trust Allen Tire with all my cars' maintenance and repair work.

So hard to trust a mechanic but these guys are true blue. Ask for Billy. He's the best and cute!

I've been coming to the store for over a year and a half now and a Adel is the most knowledgeable patient and kind owner of the any store I've been to! I love coming here because if I have a problem with anything on my phone he figures it out right away compared to other places. I don't want to go anywhere else this is my store to go to. I would recommend the store to any friends family or coworkers.

I've been going here for 20 years, Brian is a stand-up guy. I've had several occasions where a repair was covered under recall, of which they let me know and it ended up saving me money... Money they could have made by going ahead and doing the repair.

We have been going to this Allen Tire for 20+ years and have consistently been treated with respect and honesty. The staff has truly become like family and we would not trust anyone else with our vehicles and our safety. Recently, my daughter, while at college, experienced a car issue and she took her vehicle to a college-local Goodyear. She was told she had a cracked head gasket and the repair would run +$4,000 and that she should not drive the vehicle. We called Allen Tire (several times over the course of the week) and they recommended we try a sealant. They took our (many) calls and questions and were so pleasant and helpful! They were honest and told us it may not fix the problem, but certainly worth a try. WELL!!!! She made the 3 hour drive home after using the sealant and she dropped the vehicle for them to look at. They performed the pressure test and the leak seems to be fixed. We SOOooooo appreciate the suggestion of the alternative to a $4,000 repair. Time will tell, of course, but we appreciate their thinking outside a major repair bill. This is only one of many, many times they have helped us over the last 20+ years and we will continue our patronage of their business!
