“I have been a customer with Allen Tire for 15-20 years. They have always been a good provider of auto repair, maintenance and care services. I really appreciate that they stand by their work. On April 6th of 2021, I had my car towed to the Midlothian location the night before, due to a misfire problem which occurred while traveling with my family back to Virginia from South Carolina. They promptly diagnosed the cause of the misfire and fixed it the same day. About a year earlier, I had a tune-up performed by their Forest Hill store. The Midlothian store pulled the records for that tune-up and honored the repair under the warranty. These days, car repair and maintenance can be quite expensive. It is good to know that there are Auto repair and maintenance providers that stand behind their work. All these years, it has been a wonderful comfort to know I can trust Allen Tire with all my cars' maintenance and repair work.”

I had a problem this past Christmas with a basket being delivered late in the day (Past 5PM) to a business. Everyone I wanted to enjoy the basket had left for the day. I called the store and spoke with Gloria. Gloria was wonderful!!! She understood the issues and sent out another arrangement the next day! Problem solved! Steven always goes above and beyond to take care of the customer, and this time was no different. I work over an hour away from them, and when I couldn't make it there right by closing, Steven hung around a bit longer so I could still pick up my vehicle that evening, and to ensure he could answer any questions I may have. “This office is amazing both of my children go here my daughter 10 yrs. and my son 2 yrs. old is actually autistic and the staff is so patient and understanding and it just makes my visit a really great and smooth experience for myself and my children. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with kindness. Everyone works to make sure every child leaves happy the anesthesiologist called the day before his surgery so I knew what was expected the next day as well as the front desk staff. Dr. Burke really provided the best dental work on my son better than anything I expected. You can tell he took his time with my son and he loves his work. I’m forever grateful for the service my family has received from beginning to end the service was impeccable. I would recommend everyone here especially families with children that has special needs. “I purchased two trailer hubs fully assembled for a very fair price. In fact better prices than I seen at local places near my house. It was worth the 20 minute drive. The part store near my house wanted almost $100 for one hub, that was not fully assembled ( no bearing's). For that price of $100 I got two fully assembled hubs, and two nuts with the washers for that price. To me it was a great deal. Online stores stated that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive. Northern tools on Midlothian turnpike, They had what I needed in stock.”

I would highly recommend the Chesterfield Burrito and their margaritas, and the rest of their food is delicious as well. Pepe's is easily one of the better Mexican restaurants in Richmond, and certainly the best one on this side of town.
