“I have been a customer with Allen Tire for 15-20 years. They have always been a good provider of auto repair, maintenance and care services. I really appreciate that they stand by their work. On April 6th of 2021, I had my car towed to the Midlothian location the night before, due to a misfire problem which occurred while traveling with my family back to Virginia from South Carolina. They promptly diagnosed the cause of the misfire and fixed it the same day. About a year earlier, I had a tune-up performed by their Forest Hill store. The Midlothian store pulled the records for that tune-up and honored the repair under the warranty. These days, car repair and maintenance can be quite expensive. It is good to know that there are Auto repair and maintenance providers that stand behind their work. All these years, it has been a wonderful comfort to know I can trust Allen Tire with all my cars' maintenance and repair work.”

“We got an Erie auto insurance policy (sold by Bruce Davis here) about 3 years ago, and have been really happy. Since then we've had two claims due to accidents not our fault, and Erie has always been great to work with. Bruce called us both times later the same day, and stayed involved during the claims process (even if just checking in and making sure Erie was keeping up with us). He doesn't have to get involved or do anything with a claim, but he has anyway. A far cry from our old agent with another company, who didn't even know we'd cancelled until months after the fact.”

“The Timbers Apts overall is a Great choice in apartment homes. My ONE and ONLY dissatisfaction is with No Designated Parking Spaces for Paying residents. Getting a spot remotely near your actual building is slim to none on any given day! Instead of having to pay for door service trash pick up, I'd much rather have a place to park when returning home from work or grocery shopping particularly at night! That's just a personal need for our family, but I'm pretty sure we're not alone on this issue none the less.”
