“Everyone in the neighborhood is very nice. you don't have to worry about packages going missing or if your children are safe. The front office staff takes issues in strides as well and if you have any issues, does their best to sort through them. The neighbors are very quiet, while the neighborhood is well kept. The maintenance staff is also one of the best. if you have an issue with your house they come in a very timely fashion and get the job done well.”

“The Timbers Apts overall is a Great choice in apartment homes. My ONE and ONLY dissatisfaction is with No Designated Parking Spaces for Paying residents. Getting a spot remotely near your actual building is slim to none on any given day! Instead of having to pay for door service trash pick up, I'd much rather have a place to park when returning home from work or grocery shopping particularly at night! That's just a personal need for our family, but I'm pretty sure we're not alone on this issue none the less.”
