The Timbers Apartments

The Timbers Apts overall is a Great choice in apartment homes. My ONE and ONLY dissatisfaction is with No Designated Parking Spaces for Paying residents. Getting a spot remotely near your actual building is slim to none on any given day! Instead of having to pay for door service trash pick up, I'd much rather have a place to park when returning home from work or grocery shopping particularly at night! That's just a personal need for our family, but I'm pretty sure we're not alone on this issue none the less.

I came for a visit and I was truly impressed! These apartments are very nice. I was greeted by warming staff who made looking at their property a pleasure! The manager also came along to show me around. I can’t remember her name but she wore glasses. She complimented her staff and they knew what they were talking about. Thanks again for a great tour. I will be returning.

The Timbers office staff is always willing to work with you within their means for issues you may be having. I’m satisfied with the apartment and experience overall. I’d definitely recommend the Timbers to anyone looking to rent a spacious, affordable, and quiet apartment. Great neighborhood!!

I have lived at The Timbers for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier! The size and layout of the apartment is a great value for the price, especially with the outside patio area. Whenever I have had maintenance issues, the facilities staff is quick to respond. I appreciate how Debbie, the property manager, has gotten to know me and is always very friendly whenever I stop by the office. If you're looking for a cozy apartment tucked away in a quiet, woodsy area with close access to the city, this is a great place to live!
