(October 5, 2020, 10:31 pm)Always a great experience with the Lexus of Richmond service department. I got squeezed in first thing on a Saturday so I could have a tire looked at before work. And when they didn't have the replacement in stock they offered me a loaner so I could get to work for the weekend. All around great staff and experience.
