Multi used trail. I saw bikers and hikers and dog walkers on my short visit. Just a nice leg stretcher.”

“We're down here camping in one of the 6 sites available although they just have water and electric connectivity. The sites are gravel and pretty flat although just as a warning if it's been raining much it's real marshy in the grass areas. Overall I'll say it's pretty nice, also a hidden benefit is this base has some parks and recreation areas that can be used while you're camping here. Not necessarily the best for young children but kids in grade school and up would not be totally bored. One enormous surprise was a fact that this base also raises and rescues elk for eventual repopulation in areas where they're scarce.”

She let us know all the options we had for upgrades and noticed that we took a picture of the outside so she offered to take one of us! Food was fresh and delicious. 10/10 would come again.”
