“I purchased a resale home that was still under the one-year builder warranty. The cabinets were one of the items that was included in the the one-year builder inspection. Upon the inspection by the Better Kitchen & Bath representative, I pointed out a few issues that I had noticed with the cabinets. From the representative who did the inspection, to the warranty department manager, David, to the owner, Roger, (who contacted me directly when I emailed about the process to repair the issues and came out to the house personally to look at the cabinets and spent over an hour discussing the issues and how BK&B would be rectifying the problems) to all of the technicians who did the repairs/replacements, I have nothing but the best things to say about their attention to detail, their commitment to making all of the repairs and making sure that I trusted those repairs. In addition, all of the people that I worked with at BK&B were professional, courteous and helpful from start to finish. In my opinion, the he true worth of a company can be seen in how they fix any issues and their customer service during the process. Better Kitchens & Bath stood behind their product and installation commitments and made sure that all of the repairs were properly completed and that I was confident and satisfied throughout the process. “I called Mosquito Authority of Richmond over a year ago. I spoke with Carrie. Jesse was sent out for a 5 Point Inspection. During his inspection, he gave me news about the wet foundation that I was not prepared for. I love that Jesse gave me a couple of ways to handle the dilemma. He was not pushy or aggressive but very observant and educational. My sons took care of that problem. Thought I was ready to move forward. No! A tree root attacked my underground pipes. Tree had to be removed and portion of pipe replaced. Daddy had his second heart attack. Daddy's third heart attack. Daddy's death. Home windows replaced. Home painted. Water pipe burst in front yard. Through out all of this, Carrie would patiently send an email regarding services AND provide reassuring messages of hope and kindness. She never tried to bully or rush me. It is because of her patience and professionalism that I called today to finally secure a yearly contract. Carrie is definitely an asset to your company. I hope you realize what a gem you have!”
