The company I work for opened our storage space yesterday with Life Storage and are thrilled with what we saw. Clean, automatic lighting, easy access, flatbed carts to move items (to use for free, just put them back for others to use!), personal code to gain access, GREAT customer service by Steve, the property manager. He welcomed us in the office, explained how to gain access to our storage area, met us at our locker, graciously answered our questions and sent us on our merry way. Looking forward to a great relationship with Life Storage.

My experience with Life Storage has been amazing since the change over from Extra Storage. Today, I have misplaced my keys and Mark is very understanding and patient with me in assisting to replace the locks. Monique is very friendly and great in assist throughout the whole issue of replacing the locks. Overall, my experience has been wonderful. Highly recommended!
