“Love the variety of the workouts, the different days that focus on certain body parts & the mix of levels of skill-set of those that go. It's a large gym and you are able to modify the workouts accordingly. I like their attitude & their flexibility of class options (early AM/late evenings available) . Started going in June for the 21 day challenge - I didn't see a lot of results as I didn't follow a healthy eating routine along with the workouts + didn't go for like two weeks (my fault), but I continued the month to month and am going 4-5x/week and feel myself stronger & more agile. Especially working in an office...it is a GREAT release of stress. Wish the music sometimes was better, but each coach has their style. Really like leg days surprisingly!”

“Quang Nyuyen saved the day by coming out on New Year's Eve to repair an outlet/circuit breaker that powered my Frontier cable box, which provided Internet, a landline connection to my security system, and TV. I called so many places and could not find an electrician that would come out before sometime the next week. Because I work from home I needed the Internet up and running quickly, plus it was awful lonely without the TV. Quang was professional and pleasant, and quickly completed the repair.
