“It was obvious they were extremely busy, but when they found out there were two horses on board w/ a blown tire while passing thru Missouri and gotta make it to Colorado to deliver to a lil girl who has no ideal she's getting one, The employees did the best they could to get us in and out as quick as possible! Brand new trailer with LQ & tires not made to carry 4 horses/ yet we were assured they were great when trailer was bought 2 mos ago! Big O's voiced concern the safety of tires sold with trailer were not really ideal for this trailer, which we agreed. Had they had 4 in stock we would have bought 4 but they only had 2 so, 2 new excellent rated tires tires & under 2 hrs out the door, back on road. Will be 10pm instead but still priceless!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE STAFF AT BIG O's OFF hwy 70w.”

“Joe and his colleague, Tony, worked two long days and installed in my home one of the most beautiful wall units I have ever seen. Joe's craftsmanship and his tireless attention to detail were amazing. He was constantly measuring and took his time making certain all the pieces of this very complicated puzzle went together precisely as planned. I just stood back and marveled at his skills. His helper, Tony, was just as focused on making certain all went well as Joe. My wall unit is not so much a cabinet as it is a work of art. I highly recommend Joe Estrada. If I ever have another need for woodworking, I will look nowhere else. He's friendly, skillful, careful, a craftsman, and HE LISTENS to your ideas and offers his if necessary to ensure satisfaction. By the way he and Tony left my house spotless. Given the amount of woodworking that was done, I was amazed. He's exceptional and has a great partner.”

“Jorge did a great job on the seats, headliner and visors on our 1998 Tahoe. Yes, it is old by most standards, but we bought it, brand new, and know it's Service records. We take care of it. We needed to replace the engine, and a few other things, and had it painted. It all looked like brand new on the outside, but not on the inside. Jorge fixed all that. He got us top grain leather, and it is nice. He is so good, he replaced a piece of the seat on the passenger side, and you cannot tell the difference between old and new (except that I could feel the difference once he pointed it out to me) it was that good of a match, and the craftsmanship is great. We have high standards and it is wonderful to find a true artist Luke Jorge!”

“I have to say after having new cabinets for a solid month, I am absolutely in love with its quality and design. Recently, I had a friend drop by and she complimented how beautiful the new kitchen looked and it is all thanks to Jerry! He made sure we would get maximum usage out of our kitchen (which is important because my kitchen is small!) And designed cabinets that were so quiet and SO MUCH easier to use than the previous ones that I had. He also installed beautifully quartz counter tops that brighten up our whole kitchen/dining area. I would highly recommend going to them if you are in the market for cabinets/ counters/ all kitchen needs. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of their product is absolutely wonderful. “My wife had been hinting at wanting to try Smallcakes for quite sometime. We live in Tustin and with the virus and different work schedules just hadn't made it out here. So, I finally did and of course by myself couldn't decide and wanted to surpise her, so I couldn't go wrong with a dozen! Right? Let me say they were ALL amazing. Moist, fresh, and lived up to the hype. However, my only downfall... she wanted carrot cake! She's never been a fan but, that's apparently her new favorite thanks to them. (I didn't know she had already tried them at a work event) They do custom cakes which we typically order for our niece and nephews bdays from local groceries stores. I saw some as they packed my order and they looked legit! Definitely earned a new customer. Thanks smallcakes!”

“We remodeled our kitchen recently and purchases an over the range microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The purchase was easy, staff was very friendly, and delivery was next day. We were so happy with the service. We had a manufacturer issue with our oven, which the manufacturer was as not willing to help us with. I called Howard’s and spoke with Susy Cabral who fixed the issue within 2 hours. Even though we were outside of the 30 day exchange period Susy allowed the exchange.
