“Hi, I was absolutely panicking when my alternator and battery went out while driving to work on the 91 freeway this morning. I pulled over and Googled the closest repair shop, and I was towed to CMI 🤩. I was met by Veronica who runs the front desk. What a beautiful person she is. She asked me what was going on with the car. I told her the battery light had come on and the car wouldn't start. She was very efficient and ordered an alternator and battery before the technician arrived on site to assess the situation. It turns out that is exactly what was needed to replace. The technician is an expert in Toyotas and was very efficient in installing the parts and even checking other things on the car that will need to be replaced soon, like, the drive belts and informing me of an oil leak. I drove out of CMI feeling as though my safety was their only priority, and I was very impressed and pleased with their service. I highly recommend taking your car there for reliable, reasonable, repair service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“We started going here since it is close to home and they were cheaper then going to a dealer. It's always busy here and they have a lot of return customers. The dealer was going to charge $250 to clean the fuel injectors. I knew this was a rip off, so I called Rose Auto and was told to just put injecting cleaner in the tank with 91 octane, no need to physically clean them. It's great when a repair shop helps you out and doesn't do unnecessary work on the customers dime. 🙂 I will be coming back when repairs are beyond my expertise. Just know they are a busy shop. A lot of folks like me trust them with their vehicles.”

I found this shop through my friend when I had a ten years old van that had multiple issues. The owner, Ken checked throughly all issues and showed me all details so I understood how severe it is. I ended up buying a used Lexus GX460 instead of repairing all upcoming repairs of the van. And he checked throughly GX460 again and repaired brakes and rotors which I need immediately. “My Chevy Equinox was uncleanable. I tried many DIY options at home before bringing it in to the professionals, assuming they would warn me of the uncleanable spots - the coffee spills and stains, the 4 month old baby food now bonded to the carpet UNDER the passenger seat, dirt and dog hair essentially crusted into the fiber of the seat material. 4 hours later, they presented me with my clean car, which might as well have been brand new. “My family has been searching for an honest mechanic in the State of California for over 3 years....we finally found one! Scott worked and repaired my Jeep about 1 year ago and did quality work. He has a sense of professionalism; integrity; courtesy; and respect you won't find in the brand-name dealerships. We moved out of the Yorba Linda area and relocated to San Francisco. Unfortunately, we had a bad car buying experience from a local dealership which resulted in my daughter's car requiring an engine rebuild and a new hybrid battery. After taking it to a local Toyota dealership and being quoted an outrageous price for repairing my daughter's Prius. I decided to call Scott and see what his advice would be. He found a repair shop which specialized in rebuilding this type of engine and he also found a cheaper Hybrid battery company for us. I had the car towed down to his shop where he performed all of the repair work in a timely and cost-effective manner. From start to finish, he saved our family about $8,000. “I have baseboard floor vents that are 50+ years old. I found replacing them was not an option due to the odd sizes, also the ones they make today are made much cheaper. So I took mine in to South End Powder Coating and they were very straight forward with the estimate and telling me what would have to be done to the job right. They were very professional and ended up getting them done sooner than they had estimated. I was very pleased with the work they did, not one complaint. They even did the inside so they actually look better than they did new. They went so far as to powder-coat the screws so it would all match perfectly. I believe the charge for the work was very fair. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend them.”
