“The two young men at the this Budget/Avis agency are true gentlemen! I had a corporate meeting that ran over and was running severely late for my flight back home. I was full of panic and anxiety when I came zipping into return the car. The two young men noticed and offered if they could help in anyway. I told them it was okay that my Lyft was 5 minutes away to take me to the airport. They told me to cancel my Lyft and they could get me there in 3 minutes. They loaded my 100+lb bags and got me to the airport in time for me to make my flight. The world needs more good people like these fine young men! Thank you again fellas!!!”

I arrived at the Preferred Service desk and was the only one in line, a refreshing change from the usual wait I have experienced with other car rental counters at John Wayne airport. They gave me a complimentary upgrade from a full size car to a fully loaded Nissan Armada, which is the car I am thinking of buying! The car was parked fairly far away in the lot and the manager walked out there for me and drove the car up to where I was waiting so I didn’t have to haul my luggage across the lot. Great customer service, super friendly and helpful staff. Will only be renting from Avis when I return to John Wayne airport!”

“The Alamo desk was very near the baggage carousel and the sign-in went quickly. We walked out the nearby door, across the street and down one level to the car. The keys were waiting and we were out of the airport in less than 10 minutes from the start. No problems with the car during the week. Returning the car was faster than renting and we were at the Departure gate within a few minutes.”

“Great customer service experience at this location. From someone who travels alot, it is always great to see when you experience this. It has become a rarity. While looking for a vehicle, I must have appeared to be looking for something specific and not finding it because the manager walking by asked if there is any way he could help. When I expressed that I was looking for a pickup truck if they happened to have one, he said no problem and darted off to get one for me. Within minutes I was in a really nice, new pickup and on my way. For a Monday afternoon at a busy airport, the extra level of service was wonderful to see. The truck was in great condition and very new. Could not have asked for a better ride for this trip. Thanks!”

When I asked what kind of cars were available so I can have an estimate the man said he couldn't tell me until I got there! His lobby was full and he would call me... Well its been two weeks and I am not waiting for his call ???? I called HB enterprise and Emily who answered the call was very courteous and professional. Her attitude made us feel welcome and we visited their office. Mat and Josh at the counter were so friendly and helpful and showed us to the car we were renting. We were basically in and out in no time. There is plenty to choose from don't go anywhere else, go to HB location ..
