“I received the royal treatment from the time I drove up to the payment machine and before I left. The customer service was awesome and so friendly. They actually had people at the payment machine who explained the different options for which car washing and waxing I preferred. I was given a drying cloth as well.They even had a person who first soaped the windshield then the rest of my vehicle was washed, soaped, rinsed and dried . The interior was covered in mud and mildew. These guys took care of it all and even fixed up my A/C controls and reattached my front bumper. The car looks better than when I bought it. “We had called the The Wash Crew and Mike returned our call and was able to do the your 40’ foot RV within 2 days. They spent close to 8 hours on our dirty RV. It looks fantastic and even the wheels sparkle. I would recommend you call them to get your RV cleaned anytime you are around Disneyland. They are mobile and bring everything with them. We was at the Anaheim RV Park when we saw their advertisement in the check in pamphlet. Good Job and well done The Wash Crew!!”

“I've been here several times. Lines are always moving. Standard pricing for your different car wash options. But, I have a roof rack. I asked a worker prior to entering the line if I could still go through. He said, "Absolutely! That's not a problem. We just turn off the agitator when you go through, no problem!" I got up to the front, got my "care package" and assumed the teenager working the front would know this. But I have a new car. I couldn't take any chances. So I informed him of my roof rack and he didn't quite understand what my concern was. After reiterating what his co-worker told me, the lightbulb came on and he ran over to turn off the agitator just as the hooks picked up my car and moved me forward. Best advice, never assume.”
