I came in May 2022 with a torn ACL and meniscus very distraught and discouraged that I may never lifeguard, swim, run, or lift weights the same again. All thanks to Kevin and Marcos, with pre rehab before surgery and post rehab I was able to swim 2 months after my surgery! In this picture Kevin and I completed a run/swim event as a milestone in my recovery. While I still have 9 months left in my recovery I am feeling stronger everyday and my confidence has grown so much! I’m so grateful I found Select Physical Therapy in Irvine. “I brought my baby in to see Cindy & she was amazing!! My son had a lot of minor digestive issues from birth- acid reflux, spitting up a lot, painful gas, constipation, etc. After months of his doctors telling me it was all “normal” and he’d grow out of it, I went to see Cindy. Everyone at the office was SO nice and helpful. Cindy saw my son when he was 4 months old. She was gentle, sweet & could immediately tell what the issue was. She massaged his belly and moved things around so his GI tract was aligned better. And Cindy even showed me what to do to help the baby at home. After two sessions, my son stopped having constipation issues, crying from discomfort & painful gas, and even started enjoying car rides (he always cried the whole time he was in his carseat). It was amazing- I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the doctors tell me my son’s colic and digestive problems were normal and to wait it out. I only wish I had brought him in sooner!”
