I called a plumber who I had been using for years in Laguna their name starts with a (A) for those of you who are local, and it was a nightmare getting them to even come out. As a matter of fact they called back 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment and hung up saying it was too late in the day to come!! This mind you was a emergency call. McKeown came out the same day fixed the problem which was a huge repair. They were prompt, professional, and the job was done in no time, at a very fair cost!! 10 STARS!! I will only call them from this point on. And I won't write a negative review on the (A) company but very disappointed in them. Already called McKeown today for another job!!
