There were problems with the actuators, but they figured out methods to repair them rather than replace them. After our conversation, I sent the first guy on his way. Mike showed up about half an hour later. He did great work, made suggestions for future improvements, but didn't up-sell me at all. He replaced my unit, cleaned up the work area, and left, all within 2 hours. The final bill was the same as his estimated quote. He was professional, efficient, friendly, and informative.
