“On Tuesday 2-11-20 while at a doctors appointment, I came out to find my car gone, it was stolen. I call the Westminster police department to report my loss and an officer was at the site within minutes and she was very professional and really nice. On Wednesday 2-12-20 afternoon less than 24 hours after I made the initial call Westminster police Department Officer Gleason #478 and his partner located my car. I was so happy and really nervous, I had to call the office like 3 times to get the correct location where to pick up my car. Everyone from the office staff to the officers were all so patient with me, professional, kind, respectful, understanding and really really nice. Westminster police department is awesome they really made a traumatic time for me way easier. Thank you Westminster Police Department you are totally awesome.”

“Highway Patrol Irvine saved our day. Our RV broke down on the side of the busy 241 toll road and they were able to assist in various ways. They sent Officer Lenert who pushed us to a safer location. When we found out that the tow truck sent by our insurance was gonna take 2 hours, he quickly arranged for one to come to our aide in 15 minutes. After we were secured to travel to a repair shop, he safe transported our teens and infant daughter complete with infant car seat installation. We are so grateful for you help today.”

“I got a really dumb speeding ticket...It was my first day moving here and I didnt know the speed limits. I was only going about 15 miles over the speedlimit and the cop was rude and inconsiderate and had something in his teeth. Also, he didnt even show up to court because he knew he was wrong. I shoulndt have gotten this ticket especially since it wasnt even my vehicle. I stole it from the sheriff that pulled me over, and for some reason he still came after me. Its ok though because he neeeded the workout.”

“I needed to get a fix-it ticket signed. I went over to this police department, and when I pulled in there were 2 officers outside and I asked them if they would be able to sign my ticket for me. (I've never had a fix-it ticket before, so I wasn't sure what the process was.) They were very nice and helpful, and checked to make sure I fixed the problem and then signed it for me and I was good to go. Thank you guys for your help!”

“I wish the Harbor Patrol still had control The Moorings the new entity that is controlling The Moorings is all screwed up I keep getting final notices when I never got a first notice for boat registration funny thing is my boat registration is good and I filed it twice with the Harbor Patrol but I'm still getting threatened that I have 3 days to fix the problem or $500 a day fine if Matt would have just check to see if numbers instead of writing me a letter of violation it would have been so much easier Matt force me to sell my boat he wouldn't tell me what was wrong with it at first and then kept making a longer and longer list of things that needed to be done I asked him for an extension because there were so many things he was asking and he said not even one day even though he gave me gave me one month in December the fix the engines the boat paint and just came up with more and more things to fix every time he came out I asked him to put it in writing what he wanted done and he yelled at me saying I already told you”
