There were a few customers who we're trying to return some shoes that unfortunately would have to be ordered as they didn't have them in stock. When Ben said," just be sure not to wear the shoes in the meantime." the woman at the counter freaked out and became extremely rude and angry. Despite this Ben remained calm and polite throughout the Interaction. Once he had finished helping them order the shoes and giving the same warning, the woman's husband there now being much more understanding. He was then able to help me with my shoes. It was some of the best customer service I've ever seen and he should definitely get a raise or promotion soon Because damn he's good at his job.”
