The ladies up front do everything they can to get you in as soon as possible and they go out of their way to make sure our dogs are comfortable... so much so that Grace JUMPED OUT OF THE WINDOW OF MY CAR to get into the back door of the vet- she has never done that before and never done it since. “Our dog was brought to VMSG in very “ruff” condition! They determined he had bloat and we couldn’t sign the paper fast enough to get them started. “Incredibly trustworthy and caring doctor who is empathetic toward his patients. I trust my extremely feisty and opinionated 16 year-old cat with him, and he handles her with care. She doesn’t try to attack him, which is big. My sweet baby turns into a monster at the vet. Dr. Pablo treated my baby for kidney stones and arranged the surgery which went smoothly. She made a perfect recovery and is acting younger now that she’s back to feeling herself. The staff is also wonderful— very thorough and careful with the patients. Always very kind. Couldn’t ask for more.”

“My 5 years old dog suddenly experienced IVDD (degenerative disc disease) about 4 months ago and we had to go to different animal hospital that is closer to my house. We went there and they told me to consider euthanasia because there is no hope for my dog anymore. Also, they prescribed medication but it was just painkiller. Then, we made appointment with Dr. Shim (which is my dog's usual physician) and with his treatment, my dog can now walk normally!! The surgery was too expensive option for me but Dr. Shim's medication treatment was successful. My dog is slowly getting better and now at this moment, she can walk, run, and walk up the stairs. I would give 10 stars to Dr. Shim and definitely RECOMMEND him!”

“My dogs were treated lovingly and were not traumatized by surgical procedures. I fully expected them to refuse to get out of the car for the post surgical exams but they showed no fear which tells me they were treated with love and care. One of my dogs had a history of chronic GI problems and presented with an acute GI problem as well. Dr. Silveira was able to get to the bottom of both issues and my French Bully, Max, became like a new dog. No more sitting up to sleep, no more regurgitation after drinking water and acutely he cleared up quickly from pancreatitis. Dr Silveira took all the time needed to discuss the issues, the options, and to hear my concerns. It is hard to find someone you trust with the care of your pet babies and I am so happy to have found Dr. Silveira. All the support staff working there are equally caring as well. Once when I was parked outside in the heat with both dogs but only one dog had an appointment, the support person asked to bring both dogs in because of the heat. They also carried the dogs because the pavement was so hot on their feet. This is especially caring treatment that goes a very long way in establishing trust. Thank you Dr Silveira and staff.”

“Our five month of old Doberman pincher puppy was limping and we took him to see his regular veterinarian. Within 3min of being seen by his regular veterinarian, we were told that our puppy definitely had a CCL tear and would need surgery. They wanted to take him back immediately and sedate him for X-rays and a CCL test. They also were saying he might need surgery that same day. It was all within a couple of minutes and overwhelming to say the least. We decided to get a second opinion from an Orthopedic specialist. We brought our puppy to Dr. Vogel and him and his team took X-rays, sat down with us and explained that our puppy did not have a CCL tear and showed us all of the X-rays as well as recommended an anti-inflammatory medication. Our puppy ended up having nothing wrong. Overall, you can tell Dr. Vogel cares about his patients and the puppies he sees. He took the time to sit down with us and go over everything as well as give us recommendations. It's great working with this veterinarian that truly cares! Definitely recommend this specialist animal Orthopedic center.”
