I recently purchased a truck from Cypress Auto Center in Auburn CA. Full Disclosure: I dread going to any dealership. However, my experience with Cypress Staff - the Owner, Manager, sales and Service was exceptional in every way. Low pressure sales, exceptional follow ups, service and attention to detail was incredible.

Staff was excellent I was in a bind needed a truck for work and I left with my new truck. Easy no stress transaction. Was well taken care of through the whole process. I recommend stopping by if your in the market for a new used ride.

I didnt end up buying a truck here but overall my experience was pretty good.
Its a small dealership, a lot of trucks crammed into a small space. They overpay for the used trucks which turns into overpricing.
They clean up the trucks nice, I could tell they spray painted everything underneath, which is to be expected from a used truck dealership. They do a good job of cleaning them up, considering these trucks are 20 years old now.
The lady who helped me went out of her way to call me and offer me a truck that they had just received as a trade in and she offered to sell it to me for a smaller profit before they did any paint detail.
The truck had a broken mirror, etc., it was nice of her to give me the option of buying it before they did any repairs for cheaper since I did not like prices they cleaner trucks were selling for.
A few weeks later I saw the truck for sale at higher price then she offered to me with new bumpers, new mirrors, and cleaned up paint.
The lady I worked with (I forget her name) seemed understanding and willing to work with me. She knows that she is paying top $ for these trucks and reselling them for top $ but she will work with you.
I decided to hold off until prices come down but when I am in the market again i will use this dealership to find a truck. They ended up selling me a headrack off of a truck in the back for my current truck, which was cool of them.
