To all the equestrians out there, if you are in need of repair for your living quarters rig, don’t forget Bill Eads RV is there for service. I’ve taken my LQ in for a few issues but came out of Bill Eads with a complete safety service and exceptional care. I can tell you it is such a comfort to drive my horses to desolate destinations and know when I arrive, I’ll have all my trailer amenities functioning perfectly.

We purchased a pre-owned 2018 Keystone Hideout from Bill Eads last weekend and picked it up from the service department today. I'm mobility impaired due to injury and my husband and I had our kids and parents with us. Terry was our sales rep and he was delightful, patient, thorough and informative. Genuinely just a great man with an old soul. Jesse did our paperwork and he was just a cool, laid back person who was again patient with our questions and thorough. We thought it couldn't better and then we went to the service department to pick up the trailer and met Kevin and his crew and they were delightful as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend someone go to this place for an RV purchase or repair. It was a great experience even for the kids. Highly recommend.

We had a very positive experience at the service parts center. Amanda was amazing. She knew all the bells and whistles of how the trailer works, explained everything to us in detail and answered all of our questions. Alex was very helpful in setting up the hitch, anti sway and helping us set up the apps. Kevin was very professional assured us that we can call for any questions as well as Amanda. Everybody rocked in helping us out. We are very pleased with the attention to detail we received.

Amanda in the service department was wonderful! She worked hard to be sure all the issues with our RV were solved before we took possession. Her walk through orientation was so thorough and helpful.
