(January 1, 2020, 11:40 am)Walking into a new CrossFit gym can sure feel intimidating. Seth immediately made me feel right at home and took the time to go over what they are all about. Needless to say I joined and have been going everyday for the last month and I'm Addicted! Seth and Ceci are Amazing Coaches and know how to push but keep it safe and fun. This is exactly what I needed to take me to that next level. Thanks again Seth and Ceci!!!
