“After our son was diagnosed with Autism we researched various treatments to assist him in his growth in addition to the common therapies (ABA, OT, PT, SLP, etc.). We sought to find things that would not only help in improving his communication and physical needs, but will also bring joy to his day. We found Horses for Healing and today our son loves each session. Exiting the car he is skipping/running to the arena. He is not only having fun each time, Marcy and the wonderful/amazing volunteers work with him on horse safety, communication through interactive means, and improving his physical needs (gait, balance, etc.). The amount of pure happiness I see on his face each session and the growth he has made socially, expressive communication, and physically has been wonderful to see over the past 2 years.
