I had something wrong at checkout with a brand new cashier, so asked for a manager. Even better, the owner of that store was running the cash register next to them. Cindy, I think...sorted it out and fixed it. No blame, but never seen a owner run a cashier position. A1 people and clean place. Must visit for going to and coming from lake.

I have to say how glad I was that I chose this store to go to vs. Any of the others. From the very first conversation I had with Balal on the phone, I was impressed with how accommodating and knowledgeable he was! He went above & beyond helping me with a variety of things that I needed to deal with in transferring info between 3 different phones. Something that could've been a gigantic headache was a completely positive experience thanks to him! He genuinely cares about his customers and was so efficient! Thanks Balal. I've had Metro PCS since 2010. I have no complaints. They spell everything out to you and I've never had a misunderstanding. I recommend Metro to anyone as long as what they offer is what you need.
