Coyote Pond Park.

Beautiful park with nice trails and a lovely pond. Cute little playground. The neighborhood seems to frequent it daily. Lots of wild things here: quail, bunnies, water fowl, turtles 🐢 basking on logs in the water & lots of little reptiles too 🦋🐞🐍🦎

Kids enjoyed the playground and we all enjoyed the long, paved walking trail through nature. A lot of wildlife to see as you take a leisurely stroll around the lake.

The pond is beautiful and there's a rock out- cropping above it. It's fun to climb up on top of it on the right hand side and walk around on top of it and see The view. If it's not smoggy you can see the buttes, which is the world's smallest mountain range. The sun sets from here are amazing. this time we went across the top, to the left down to this little creek and back around so we were under the large outcropping. It was a gorgeous walk as it's very green from the rain right now. There just happened to be a bobcat or a lynx overlooking the ridge, very beautiful!

This park will always be my home, I've had so many beautiful memories here, every single time i walk in past the pond to climb up the hill it has made my day a brighter place. You can do any type of excercise and there's room to explore anywhere you want staying occupied for hours is easy. There's even a secret dirt path that you can go on your own private hike

Nice little park for a leisurely walk... bike ride... or whatever. Very scenic for something tucked in a neighborhood. Parking lot is kinda small.
