April is easy to talk to, did great with my daughter, and the hair coloring experience was fantastic. I have really dark hair (almost black) and she was able to lighten it enough that I could do that fun silvery grey look. My hair came out soft, and not at all crispy or feeling damaged. If you are looking for fun colors, she can do it!”
